Something happened to me this morning.........................

So, today

I decided to freshen up the patio

I hosed off both of our porch in the front

the patio in the back
While I was unrolling the hose
I smelled it....

Pacific Northwest summer...

I smiled and all the memories
of school being out came flooding back

I enjoyed the smell and feel of summer again this morning
and cant wait to everyday from here on out

Well maybe not everyday but more often then not.

I am a true Washington girl when I put a tank top on at 65 degrees!

& I feel so proud 

of what we have made grow.

My flowers make me so happy!
I just love this time a year!

 I haven't been this in love with our home.....

except for our house in South Kingston.

I am full of joy. 

  I love warm summer mornings...

Meet Me Monday...

1. What do you think makes a good friend, or friendship?

My very best friends are the ones that I can completely be myself with. That I don't care about what I look like, smell like, act like in front of! ( yes this means farting, and not wearing a bra)

What I love most about my close friendships, is the fact that I can walk right in their house go to the fridge and grab something and go lay around their house.  There are no silly games that are played...we may go for weeks (months?) without seeing each other or talking, but when we do get together, it's like we just picked up where we left off! I have ten close girlfriends and I am so blessed to have them. I love them each differently, I need each of them in my life to feel complete.
I love easy friendships, Cause that is what they should be.  No Drama no stress.........

2. What is the last thing you bought & later regretted?
My Land Rover, I bought it because it was a shiny new toy that I thought I needed. With the Gas and repairs I should have gotten a Honda..... we would have had it much better....but I do look really good in my green goddess! :) Yes that is what I call her and my nephew Jonas Calls it Uncle "Hub's" Jeep truck


3. Have you ever had a prank played on you?

Never! How boring is that!!!!

4. What is your favorite theme park?

Well...the sentimental me wants to choose The Magic Kingdom. But I am the always in love with Anything Disney!!

SO I guess that it is for sure Disney World.... I love the Rock'in Roller Coaster and I love love love the Tower of Terror. :) Ahhhh now I want to go back...


5. Have you ever seen someone else give birth?

Nope. Never. I would love to one day watch as my babies birth mother gives birth to my child.
I have however seen a dog give birth and I puked everywhere! :( yukie!
